NWPac Keeps Going, Still Above Average Activity

   Here is today's summary, sort of. There are in fact two systems in the NAtl, TS Nadine and 96L, but they are both so far east that their satellite images come from the European geostationary satellite MSG2. Since Europe prefers to sell their weather data, instead of making it available to all for the common good, there are not enough images for NOAA to make a floater pages of these storms. Luckily, the Japanese openly share their data so images from their geostationary satellite, MTSAT-2, are frequent and thus all the NWPac storms get their own floater page. So, with that said, here are the summaries for all three systems in the NWPac:
